I’m Swati Ravi, a Learning Experience Designer with a passion for transforming complex ideas into clear, human-centered learning experiences that drive performance. Having lived and worked across Europe, India, and the U.S., I bring a truly global perspective to designing learning that resonates with diverse teams and industries.

I’m an adventurer at heart — curious about new places, ideas, and challenges — and that spirit drives my approach to design. I easily adapt to different projects, manage resources efficiently, and keep timelines on track without losing creativity or attention to detail.

I’ve collaborated with global stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learner performance gaps and create strategic curriculum plans that include eLearning courses, videos, job aids, and facilitator guides for instructor-led training (ILT).

I believe that good design begins with listening. I value stakeholder perspectives and stay open to feedback from seniors, peers, and learners, ensuring that every solution delivers measurable outcomes while meeting the needs of the learners and the organization.
